Overview
The Flat Drip Irrigation Pipe Extrusion Plant is engineered by Global Extrusion Technik (GET) for producing flat drip irrigation pipe used in agricultural and horticultural irrigation. The line combines a groove-fed extruder, servo-driven dripper inserting unit, and servo punching unit — all monitored by an online auto-imaging inspection system.
Available in four capacities — GET-90MPM, GET-120MPM, GET-150MPM and GET-200MPM — the plant is built to produce pipe with wall thickness from 0.15mm to 1.1mm and diameters of 12mm, 16mm and 20mm, at dripper sorting speeds of up to 600 pieces per minute.
The die head and calibrating unit are fully adjustable for thickness, and the haul-off speed synchronizes automatically with production requirements for stable, low-noise pulling.
