Overview
The Rain Pipe Extrusion Plant from Global Extrusion Technik (GET) is a three-stage extrusion line — combining a main extruder, a coating extruder and a jockey extruder — engineered to produce flexible rain pipe, a type of irrigation hose with laser-punched holes that sprays water like artificial rain.
The line runs at a line speed of 40 MPM, with the main extruder delivering 60–100 KG output, the coating extruder adding 20–30 KG, and the jockey extruder contributing a further 2 KG for precise multi-layer construction.
These machines are designed for high-speed, high-precision production, often featuring advanced Fibre Laser Nano Punching technology for uniform hole creation across the length of the pipe, resulting in a finished product that is affordable, durable and ready for agricultural irrigation and landscaping use.
