A complete round dripper pipe production line built around a 65mm–75mm groove-fed extruder with hardened 41B Mascoo-nitrated screws, an inserting bowl unit and a perforation/punching station, running at line speeds from 40 to 100 metres per minute.
Overview
The Round Drip Irrigation Pipe Extrusion Plant from Global Extrusion Technik (GET) is designed to manufacture round dripper irrigation pipe for large-scale agricultural use. The line pairs a groove-fed extruder — built with 65mm to 75mm screws in hardened 41B Mascoo-nitrated steel — with an inserting bowl station and a punching/perforation unit.
Available in three capacities — GET-40MPM, GET-70MPM and GET-100MPM — the plant is built for high-speed operation from 40 MPM up to 100 MPM, with punching control handled mechanically on the entry model and by servo motor and motion controller on the higher-output models.
Automation on the punching and perforation units is driven by leading industrial controllers including Mitsubishi, Omron, Trio, Fatek, Delta and INOVANCE, ensuring precise, repeatable dripper spacing along the pipe.
